Boss rush.. (Not being able to do it everyday?)

It says I get 2 attempts everyday per boss rush? But I don't get those attempts everyday why ?

    Hi, I have the same problem. From about 1 month ago, do not get bonuses for playing every day and do not restart the instances of boss rush. Start a claim ticket, but I have not answered.
