Not sure Chris, when I go into my options in cloud management it is listed as an app I can check to be backed up. I play on an iPad, but don't think that should make a difference, being same ios.

You don't have to do a full backup of everything on your phone, you can choose which data to back up in cloud management, I only back up select applications, B&G:I, and EW3 included of course.
