Just to let you know I've been keeping tabs on some bugs both technical (for developers) and during game-play.
Here they are:
My system details are:
MBP 2011 i7 Quad Core - 8MB DDR3 - Kingston SSDNOW V+100 256GB HD - OSX ML10.9.1 (public release)
MBP 2011 i7 Quad Core - 8MB DDR3 - Kingston SSDNOW V+100 256GB HD - OSX ML10.9.2 (developer preview)
MBA 2013 i7 Dual Core - 8MB DDR3 - Kingston SSDNOW V+100 256GB HD - OSX ML10.9.2 (developer preview)
All bugs listed are replicated one each of the above machines including the non development machine

Re the above: these are fixable by users, but not advised. It's probably better you log a mono bug report.
IN GAME- While items are fusing, if you escape before the fusion animation back to your inventory, items aren't removed on the client side from your inventory. If you go back into fusion, the items are still there. When you enter an area in this state the server raises an exception and issue is resolved.
- When bosses are "shouting" i.e. the shout that causes damage they are 100% immune to add damage, even from behind (is this a bug?)
- While the bosses are performing an attack animation, from behind if you attack them 50% of the time no damage is caused.
- HORRIBLE GLITCH - If you open your character sheet by clicking on your portrait (top left), then click on an item you have equipped. It has a glowing/pulsating edge denoting which is high lighted. When you exit that screen back to the court-yard, the pulsating / glowing square remains on the screen. This is only resolved by exiting as it persists into the game areas too as well as all other screens.
