Retrieve a character on android

I upgraded from a HTC one to a note 3 and can't seem to retrieve my character. I have been looking everywhere and can't seem to figure it out. I am assuming that it's not possible, I hope that it's not this way. Any help would be appreciated.

The game tracks your account by imei and android ID. You must contact glu for transfer, if they do such a thing.
