Can't start EW3

in EW3 General Discussion
Guyes i was playing EW3 before update, now when i cklick it shows on half screen "server maintanance" and inother half usually . And can any one tell me if server is online or what is a problem . Anyways i can't play again it , what can i do if i will reinstall it i think i will lose my characters, what can i do :(:(
