Data is gone

After waiting 12 hours for the update...all of my character data is gone. I spent around 20 bucks on this game too..any way they can reset my characters? In game name is Odii..I'm not starting over.

Same problem for me, my character is gone... i was lvl 25, what can we do to get it back ???

Ive lost lvl 42 warrior, ive submitted a ticket... Waiting an answer soon, i hope xD

I was lv41 lost mine to. I spent about 50 on the game. Before I came to this site I deleted the game and reinstalled it think got would but oviously it didn't.

that was a bad idea deleted the game.. Glu main page recommend never do that. Hope with this new act all came to normal for u and others
