Hello. I recently entered a game on endless mode, as i killed the last thing i needed to kill, after using 3 health and special potions, the timer run out and it said i didn't finish it when i did? ( the time ran out after i killed the monster ) i killed it with 1 second spare. I needed the loots i had got too, so i could evolve my items.

If you could help that would be great, maybe you could refund my items or something?

You have to have at least 5+ seconds spare or else you'll lose before count down finishes.
