I can't see my inventory

I have a problem, when I enter to my inventory. I can't see arms or other things... I don't understand it. Can anybody help me, please?. I installed and reinstalled twice this game in my phone ( LG-E460, Android 4.1.2) and I don't know what i can do... Thanks for all.
