Why am I still waiting after 4 days!!!

I sent a ticket 4 days ago. Then 3 days ago. Then 2 days ago. Now today. WHY AM I GETTING NO ANSWER !!! Does anyone play infinity blade 3?? Is the game any good?? I need to make a switch and acutally play a game for once then sit here and wait on someone to answer my ticket. Who knows by the time they get to me. I'll just forget I even played this game

    Its been about 2 weeks for me. Still no reply yet. I bought gems and never got them. Glu support is so bad but the games themselves are fun to play. If only Glu could offer better support for their products.

    Sounds like you can still play the game. My problem is the updated deleted my toon. My toon is gone. And I refuse to start over. I will play something else then start over because of Glu update. I have no ideal what is happening in the guild I'm running. I have no ideal what items I'm losing in the Chinese New Year thing. Hell I haven't logged in since the patch. So I'm losing items, lvls, possible a guild. Good news is I started a new game infinity blade 3 it's a kick ass game too

    All of the tickets will be responded to, but as we said in other threads we are extremely backlogged. You'll need to be patient.
