Chat Problems?

I'm pretty sure everyone in the game has noticed how buggy chat is. Sometimes what I say doesn't post at all, sometimes it posts twice, I've even had them show up 10-15 minutes later. Really appreciate the new content, but seems like it would b more important to fix whats already wrong with the game before trying to add huge new content. Private chat still not working as well. Was just curious if and when we might expect these problems to be resolved. They r starting to get very annoying.
