i have bought some 120 Jewl Glu Credits. After i pay with Kreditkard i have becomen an error.
The Support dont give an answer?

Why can i get mý credits or my money back?

So many threads... "purchase failed"...
And the only answer are, submit a ticket?
Why? My ticket has been created two weeks ago and nobody
read it! So why we have to write one? This is bullshit, do your work and it would be fine!

The people who admin the forums are not the same people who work on tickets and have no visibility into your account. This thread is now closed.
