Ruthless Sword L26 purple CC/CD or Duke Elliquix L26 gold CD/IIF?

Ruthless has a slightly higher max GS, but it seems the Elliquix has a higher attack power so maybe I should go with that. The problem I normally have with bosses is not doing enough damage to cut through their defense.

to me its more of a personal perference. I perfer weapon with higher GS and CC and CD. since monk has CC and CD as a passive skill to offset raw damage. At lvl 49 mnk i have 30%+ CC and over 500% CD. so kinna made up for low attack.

for weapon just go to attack damage n critical chance, leave the other attributes to another equipments
if the weapon has high GS and has 3 attributes (att, cc, cd/iif), it still be weaker in damage than weapon with only att n cc as its attibutes

fyi, there's another sword stronger than Duke Elliquix, it's Flashstrike (att+cd), i got it from normal hellboy and i used it to beat legendary cyclops
