I waited for 7 days now. I did the update and lost my character. I now feel my toon is lost forever and I will never get it back. It's a shame I really liked this game, and I don't want to start over.....

    Yes, we are aware of the issue for you and so many others and there are thousands of tickets in queue due to this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
