resetting

I recently got friends to start playing eternity warriors 3 and i would like to reset my account so i can start with them. Is there a way i can do that?

Delete the app and re-install it.

Doesn't work. The character still live with the same name and level but lost equipment after reinstallation. Any advice? I want to have a new char or rename it.
