i think everyone suffers lack of mats for upgradin. Here is the solution, for example: 3 minion blood equals to 1 fiend blood. This upgrading circle can be applied to all mats. Thanks for your patience

Yes, reagents should be realy upgradebla...
One way is what you are saying (upgrade eyes to eyes of higher type)... another methed can be upgrading (fusing) eyes to blood, blood to sigil ets, but stay at same type (minion, friends, deamon...) no idea what will be better.
