I am not a developer so please don't mind my lack of knowledge regarding what I am suggesting.
I have the infamous vp trouble (but in my case m not jailbroken, was not jailbroken, don't have any similar app) also gs trouble (total addition is leaderboard is well off the mark). To find a solution I went through forums for sometime, some people problem was that their device was/is jailbroken, while others (including me) have no idea why the thing is.
So my suggestion can you guys maybe push a small update(I know the user base is very large and small could be considered as an understatement) with some kind of fix and maybe check(since jailbroken devices are not supported, but others also have same/similar problem)which might resolve the issue once in for all.
I hope you guys would give due consideration to our request(I think others would like that also).
