Chat blocking

The amount of hate is amazing, but the only way to avoid it at the moment is to re log into the game and hope for a quieter chat area. We need more chat options, like block or report, or even to turn the **** thing off would be nice.
Quiet voices are overlooked, loud voices are ignored and constant voices are banned it would seem.
