A few suggestions.

First off I would say I'm the type of player that will not or very rarely pay for in game currency (gems). When I find games like EW3 I would love contribute to the game development.
I am willing to pay real money for real in game content. So my first suggestion would be for a Chest in town with say a extra 20 slots with the ability to up grade amounts like ya do with your normal bag and I would pay around £2 for that.
Second suggestion would be to buy full sets of gear in stead of offering or farming for them and charge them at a reasonable price. I would say between £20-30.
When I first stared there where a few limited deals for low tier gold gear at a high cost, if I remember I would of had to buy the most expensive gem pack (£69 I think).To over valued for me and I would say for the average Jo.
If your going to make limited edition stuff at a cost make sure they stay limited edition. My god wings are such a common sight nowa days.
And one last thing get some of the game devs to talk on the forum they might learn something.
