Cant find my 5th gift...what to do?

I dont know what happened but i cant see/find the 5th gift. Also im not sure if i read it was a beast king coin coz the mail disappeared too. and what was the 4th gift? hope i get an answer. And yes, i did the exit, re-login, and even rebooted my tablet but still no 5th gift or 4th gift. Please advice.
