EW3 kicking me from shop and game

I am being kicked from the shop when I am selling items after having did the Tower of Heroes. It is after I sell about a dozen items or so. Then after I go back into the shop all of the items I sold are back again. Just now I was doing the Tower of Heroes and I was in the middle of a fight and it kicked me out of the game. I am using the latest generation Ipod touch running iOS 7.1. I am playing at home with my AT&T U-Verse wireless modem, which is 4 feet away from me, at 18mps.
