Did not receive guild pvp rewards.

Do I submit a ticket for not receiving guild pvp rewards? I got player rewards but not guild and we came in fifth. Guild is called upgrade. Other guild mates said they got them. Not sure what to do or who to talk to about it.
Android Guild - upgrade
Position - CO Guild Leader
Device's: Google Nexus 9 / Samsung Galaxy S4
Roms / Operating System: Cyanogenmod 12 Lollipop 5.0.2
