Is it possible to farm inconceivable gear in endless or do they drop anywhere other than gold offerings?

Endless, 4th kindgom and gold offering as far as I know.

They dont drop in endless...only purple lvl 50 new gear drop in endless as everyone already noticed.
Oh and reagents dont drop till level 150...I dont know if level 150+ drop them since noone can go further lol

I'm interested in your source for this information. Do you say they don't drop because no one has won one yet or did a knowledgeable source speak on the record?
