Help game not working getting accessing network

I bought a gem pack and in the middle of it loading an accessing network came up and then error 20024. Now it took my cash doesn't show the gems there and I can't play cause the accessing network is coming up nonstop! Anyone else have the same problem and know how to fix it. Please let me know. I don't wanna lose all my stats and coins and plus all the time and money i put into the game. Some one help please! Hopefully it an easy fix

Please completely log out of the game, shutting down the app and then logging back in. Once you are logged back in the issue should be corrected.
