incompatible phone????

I am trying to install the game but i got information in play store -INCOMPATIBLE DEVICE. i played ew 3 for long time and i had to reinstall after last update. Can i do something with that???? And why does it happen now??? Earlier was it ok??????? Help people. . . .

i have same problem after last upgrade ... and i can't acces my account

Upon checking with Google the new update requires a newer version of operating system so if you get a device not compatible message you may need to upgrade system.
