Bug sorceress

Good morning:

I'm the player vAekoldv. Since few days ago I can not play with my level 50 sorceress. Levels have returned to 0 and the tutorial does not allow me to leave the menu. I have spent over 200 dollars on this game and now I can not play at a high level. I lose vp, offerings ... what is your solution? I am very unhappy with this game... less money and give more solutions.

    Mostly everyone's mages are locked bec glu locked it for no reason lol. I think you have to send them a letter and then wait a few days until they respond to you. My mage isn't locked bec glu loves how my mage is so sexy then all the other mages in this game. My mage is the best and glu cant touch my mage, bec glu loves me. lol.

    Hey I had that problem too, except somehow the next day after my mage got locked, she unlocked somehow. I want u to try something. Delete a game or something from game center and then when u log in, log in as the warrior or monk. Then go to that red gear sign and then tap switch chars, and then switch to mage. See if that does anything. Let me know if it works or not!

    mine is locked too and just tried what you told aek (hes from invictus also hehe) but didnt worked :/

    erased a game from gamecenter then logged in ew3 as warrior then switched took from the red gear to my mage and voila still locked in inventory hahaha **** want my mage back and i did sent a mail to glu two weeks ago and havent fixed that problem

    Hahahahahaha, hi Aomine, i thought that my mage was sexy and untouchable, until it happened to me :(

    BTW, I'm from XinvictusX guild too and about 40% percent of the mages from our guild are locked. GLU, please fix that problem instead of making useless updates. Thanks.

    Well that's what I did, not sure if that's what caused my mage to unlock. Well that sucks that wasn't the solution. I heard a few ppl got their mages back after the update

    Wow that sucks you guys have a lot of ur members that have locked mages. I wish I knew the solution to this problem. Keep sending the support team at glu a ticktet

    Yup also i knew that some guys got their mages unlocked happy for them :)

    and yes lots of guys from here have their mages locked up :/

    and sent a mail again yesterday after i updated my game and noticed my mage was still locked we have lost lots of offerings gold vp ap etc etc etc it really sukks big time hope they fix soon that issue but think no mod are looking at this forums cause guys have placed some porn images and no mod had said a thing hahaha maybe they are just watching and enjoying ;) hahaha

    lol yeah I saw that....crazy stuff there. Post to samuraipizzacat and she could talk to someone who works on the game and maybe they can fix the problem for u. Also try turning ur wifi off for awhile and then turn it back on. Then when u log in, choose ur monk or warrior, then go to the red gear sign and switch to your mage. See if that works.

    guess what some of our mages just got unlocked didnt do anything special just unlocked hehe

    well i didnt talked bout the mages issues with pizzacat but did sent a mail to glu and 24 hours ago got another reply from them, my guess is that finally someone from programming team answered due to the kind of questions he made me and 10 hours later got my problem fixed

    if anyone want some help i can send a reply in the same mail telling who else need help to unlock their mages
