T9 leg gear in Tower or Lightning lvl?!

Hey guys. I just wanted to Ask if someone already found leg t9 stuff in the lvl before mino and The Tower.
One from my Guild found t9 shoes in tower 139. but its The only drop i have Seen.
What are your expiriences?

They doesn't drop at tower , ss or he is lying

Yes SQ drops gauntlets , helmets , cc weapom and cd weapon as far as i know , minotaur drops t9 as well but didn't start to farm so i still dunno what he drops

Minotaur drops all pieces of T9 gear including Kingbreaker.

did you said about legendary ice cavern ??
as far as i know in ice cavern as long as that stage is use token access and will be a big chance drop Lv50 armor or weapon but chance are limited and for sure is not resolve most is fortitude

So endless drops up to purple but no golds? I've heard that no incos were dropped in endless, but after getting many purples I thought that was wrong.
