Problems in the arena!!!

I believe this issue has come up several times but i'm new here so .......here we go again!!
Why do i keep meeting lvl.50 players in the arena? I'm lvl.34 for the moment but i have been facing them since i was lvl.23 or something. Or......just about when you finished with tha last upgrade!!
And it's not just the issue of meeting them, many of them are cheaters/hackers as well!!
I'm one of those who actually spend money to buy gems from time to time and i get really ****ed off when things like that happens to me. The same with the "accessing network"!! I got a really good connection and a good phone so i'm pretty sure the problem is not in my end!! 'cause i really hate to lose a fight/game because i suddenly lose connection when i know i have a strong connection!!!
I know there i a thread here where you can actually announce players who cheat/hack but what i've been reading it doesn't seem to be woriking out though many of them are still active players??
So the confidence in you doesn't seem very high?!!

hi me too my warrior was level51 and when in arena game started he is freeze until time count out i'm looser mean he is hacker lol no purpose anymore to play this stupid game
