Account error lots lost!

I logged in, played on level on the map, hit start and an error came up... So closed the game and refusing opened it. I was lvl23 monk, when it loaded after all that i was back at lvl 18 with all my **** gear, all the purple and blue gear I had was GONE!! please help.
