Money Keeps Going Down W/O Any Purchases! HELP!!!!

I'm new to game, don't understand why money keeps going down even though I don't spend anything! Saving up for a car but after I complete jobs & earn money, the amount goes down w/o mebuying anything. Playing on IPhone 6 & iPad, 8.1....HELP!
