Will Glu roll my progess back?

I submitted a support ticket because some gems disappeared. By time they get back to me, I would have already made some progress in my game. Will they roll back my game prior to when the gems went missing? Any one had similar issue with items missing? How did Glu fix if they even did...? Thanks in advance!
