Eternity update sucks

hi everybody, i have a problem, since last updating i ve lost all my progress with Warrior (50) and mage (42), now i have a request.. Move on to restore all mu ****ing data.. It s incredible that for an update you ll lost all progress.. I know it s only a game, but it make me angry.. Help me please, or all players in mine same situation..

No meu caso a minha conta sumiu e abriu outra no lugar, mas ja sei que não foi reset porque la ainda ta tudo normal tipo dono da guild e os GS.

i lost all my data after the update. i just started this game and already made a couple of in game purchases to keep up but now i am back to level 1. it really sucks!!!
