Like many of you, my account was also lost after the update. I have sent messages from in game app to no avail. I understand this will take time but I'm anxious. Especially considering the new gear and serious drop off in hackers. Anywhere else I should try contacting them?

Bro you can reset your i device to factory settings then restore from icloud and not itunes works for me
