Gms issues from last few days.

i have recently bought 2x Gem Pack 4s in last few days. both times i got an error and booted out the game. told me to re-install and nothings changed. im on a Kindle Fire and have enjoyed all aspects of the game til this happened. can anyone suggest what to do to help resolve this? would love to receive the gems i purchased and continue playing this game.
