Hunting Time January 15th glitch

The Hunting Time tourney has only just started and several of us have the same problem. We get to about 400 VP on the Ivar Mountains (normal) and if we play again, we get an immediate error message, no loot and no further VP. This also happens with Nian and I could only get 50 VP from him.

    Its '1 : Unknown error'. No loots, no VP, no personal rewards. But we can see our rank in leaderboard.

    my VIP points are accruing now, but I can't claim the rewards
