Raid (or scourge invasion)? Where is it/How can I play it?

I looked on the main screen (inside the city) but I cannot find these. Where can I find these to play so I can get the evolve materials for my new wings?

Right next to the button where you collect your daily gift, you will see a skull. Sometimes it has yellow wave like patterns emitted from it. This means that the scourge has started and you can attack. If it is not glowing, you will not be able to attack but still be able to purchase items from the army store using the acquired soul shards.
