Help me retrieve my old character

Hi.
My IGN is Sabrac, and I stopped playing EW3 a while ago because after an update (I had an iPhone 4) I couldn't play anymore, I hope the admin remembers that event.
Anyway I changed phone (iPhone 5s) and today I reinstalled the game and I found out that I had lost my character. I was pretty far in the game, I beat Hellboy and was able to farm him for hearts. I remember the Jade Forest event, if that can help. If you look into my account you'll see that it hasn't been played. And this forum account is pretty old too, I made it when I was still playing. I have a screenshot too, I hope I'll be able to play again.
