Negative gem count: I owe gems!

So I got me 10 inventory slots with my hard-earned 190 gems.
And now my gem count is -190 gems. Yes, MINUS 190 gems! Not zero, as you'd expect.
Which means that I've got to PAY BACK gems.

So my questions are:
- How do I pay my debt off?
- How high is the interest rate?
- Can I keep on buying stuff on credit?

    Wait a minute... I got it all wrong!
    THEY OWE ME GEMS! Not the other way round!
    And I've been watching all those silly videos to try to restore my balance!
    I was thinking of contacting a gem loan shark! I should send them the repo man instead!

    Seriously, has this ever happened to you? I mean, this is their "currency", they should care about it!

    The same thing happened to me(-190 gems). Two weeks ago. Sent a message to support and no response.

    Same here, no answer. Not that I expected any, mind.
    Meanwhile I'm grinding my way up watching those videos.
    No, we're simply not their priority...

    Same thing happened to me and now every time I earn gems or get the weekly gems it just subtracts from what I had. I've never done any offers or bought gems so I don't know what the problem is :/ I put in a ticket and maybe see what happens

    I dont know what the heck is a problem?! Is it so hard to put 2 guys who will support and take care of a community... They are so ignorant on their customers.
