I reported MinhBTVN4no1 a couple weeks ago. I actually got a response on the in game ticket for once, and was told they would look at his logs within the next couple days. He's still here. Glu never looked at anything. I mirrored my ipad to my laptop with Reflector and used a video editor to record my screen. Below is a video I took of Minh hacking in arena:
