Lost my characters!!!

I have sent several emails restore my data of my characters to eternity warriors 3 as nick name: SUPERTATTA.
are many days that I'm waiting for an answer:
I have a serious problem:
when I open EW3 appear to me all three characters at level 1 and when I enter in my village told me that it is the first time I'm playing and also tells me
1 error: unknown error
Error 2001: Unknown error
my nickname is SUPERTATTA and I had the warrior to level 42 with 3097GS.
Also tell you that I never applied the jailbreak and i use Iphone 4s
Please let me get my data.
