Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

That is to say, we see one party sending in their race results and the other, usually the player reporting the issue, timing out or sending their race results too late. That's what we see. That basically means, and I know most people refuse to accept or hear it, that the player's reporting device, for some reason or another, does not send in their race results or sends it way to slow.
But since the race actually takes place, that is why your boost is taken.
Now, we can look into specific races. So you would need to send in a ticket with detailed information. So we would need to look into specific races.

We have reported many of these to our QA/Dev team and I know that pretty much everything we've seen reported through our ticket queue and through these forums are in the pipeline. I'm going to work to get a Thread going with the patch notes to our updates, and I'll try and get specifics on what we have going into these updates, as well as the state of some of the bugs being reported.
Now, if you want CS to look into your account, we can. However, it cannot be as general as "I lost my cars to your glitches!" We need to look up specific races. Help us to help you.

I think it is a big hidden bug that they have not recognized.
Problem is, that they have not even acknowledged it, even after many many have reported it.
