Lost char / cuenta perdida

Hi , yesterday my iPhone didn't work anymore so I got a new one and all my chars are gone , how do I get them back? I already sent an email to Glu about my problem but yet no answer

Hola ayer mi Iphone dejo de funcionar y me tuve que ir a comprar otro y al haber descargado de nuevo el juego todos mis chars habían desapareció , hay alguna forma de que los pueda recuperar ? Ya les mande un mensaje a Glu sobre mi problema pero aún ninguna respuesta ..

    Have you either done a backup to iCloud or iTune? You can get back your data by doing a restore.

    Else, chances are you can never get it back.

    thats to say, there is actually a savefile to recall our data and that can use on alternate device...
