Skill bug causing a stop during 5 strike skills

We are two players experiencing this problem. Warrior and monk. Often while using blade barrage (warrior), I see my warrior stopping the attack after the second hit instead of proceeding to finish 5 hits. The same thing is happening on monk on a different device (dont know the name of the monk skill). We lose both time and mana as well as the bosses being left with more health than intended. We do tap the button repeatedly. No, we are not missing the button. In case someone will ask about that. We use iphone 5s (warrior) and iphone 4s (monk).

Has anyone else had this problem? Got fed up with it after so long so I am posting it here now. Is it a known bug, perhaps?

It's happening for me as well, for monk the skill is rage of va'jra. However I'm still trying to figure out off it's an actual bug or if it's being stunned by a counter attack...which imo should not be possible. It doesn't happen often but at times the final strike is halted in the 5 strike attack.

I don't think it's being stunned because this happens while bosses are stunned too. The moment when they have a bright shine and you can unleash that skill on them without a potential interruption.
