Warrior level 29 1600 GS, where to farm?

So I believe that my gear score is hurting the most from my Weapon (level 15 Merciless Sword of the Predator) and my Necklace (Level 7 Phenomenal Talisman of the Berserker), but I am not sure where to farm at my level. I beat Helgard (using 3 health pots) but have not cleared The Ivar mountains yet. Any ideas where I should farm to get the weapon and necklace I so desperately need to get out of normal mode? Thanks in advance for any and all help!

    Helgard is a pain in the ass to farm unless you able to kill catqueen quick and if you using potion than its not worth farming unless your main goal is demon heart. if you just want to farm weapon and armor i'll suggest farming Thrumdheim, is short and mini hellboy is a good practice to learn some of his attack pattern for Ivar or church of Thrumdheim if you got Niam pattern down like the back of your hand or farm Niam at Divine.
