Can't complete in app purchases

When I try to make in app purchases for ew3, the screen sais loading for like 5 minutes and then the screen sais timout and directs me out of the shop. I really want to make in app purchases to halp out my characters. What do i do?

    you should purchase nothing dont buy it at the moment
    you can earn as play as usual player from bottom to higher hero dont spent ur real money before you understanding this game build plattform it need u play quite a long time man not easier to get up leveling you cannot simple said ok i buy for $100 usd so what is that ? 5000gem even u had purchased 10000gem that is useless for three hero upgrading to maximum leveling cause the all item come with too expensive this few thousand gem canoot help u at all.
    just play as usual u will learn the way i did today
