Login an unknown acc which not mine after error network.

Hi add n mems of 4rum, I encounter a very serious problem with my account. Before yesterday, everything 's quite well. But since yesterday afternoon, "network error" happens uninterrupted n when reconnect success, i was logged in an UNKNOWN acc, not mine. I quit game n try many times again but not effect. I reposted this to [email protected]. Auto reply messenger said wait serveral days. Bored! VP event 's happenning n in only 2 days. My acc have high LV, GS n VP; this one 's pretty slow about everything >"< I 'm stopping temporary to play this game, n no have any active in the acc which not mine. Are there anyone who have the trouble similar to me?

Everyone is having problem with that acessing network bug especially on IOS platform.. But after being able to logged in and encountering totally new account .. Nah hasn't happened to me..

Maybe you had an account before?

I suggest clearing app data and reopening then. It could be a cache error. If that doesn't fix it, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Most likely the first thing glu support will tell you to do. Might as well do it before they ask.

if something 's mine n I can't recognize it, then I 'm a stupid when posted this thread. But no, I no fool like that. I install game first time (from Google Play source) , name hero first, everything 's first time. My case 's serious issue because not only I lost my acc, but also I loged in an acc of other one.

Which is why I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling. The game logs you in by imei and android ID. If something happened in the game's cache, the uninstall should fix the issue.

digicat: I did more one time all of your suggest before I heard it. even scan cache, system with clear master n clear but not effect. start game still logged in that unknown acc. seem like this acc still activing, I saw gs, vp increase light.

probably just some hackers figuring how to hack other ppl. Maybe you're their first target, chosen at random. Jk, but I guess nobody can help you except glu.
