  OMFG!!! I have the exact same problem. I tried clearing the data and uninstalling and it still won't reset. I wrote to customer service but that could take 2 - 5 days.

  I want to restart cause i started off bad and for some reason i have a message in my inbox but when i click to see what it is it says empty wtf?

  Bad character name I suppose. Here some people want to restart but can't delete their data while others want to keep their accounts but can't because the backup is flawed. Pretty dumb if you ask me.

  You need to understand the data isn't saved on your phone. It's an online game, and thus, the save is actually saved on the glu server. You'll need to call customer support for a chance.
