App gone while updating!

My EW3 app is gone while appstore is updating the app, i hope my progress save game file is back up from glu servers. I have been playing for 16 days straight.

    i think is because if you look deeper you will find that the game after the update was bugged so glu bring it down to fix it again...that can be probably the answer to your problem :3

    I re-installed it. And hoping my progress or game save file data is back up from glu servers?

    If have an account recovery issues, please submit a ticket to customer support about the issue once the servers are back up. You can do this by clicking on Submit Ticket at the top of the forums, or by following this link: http://glumobile.custhelp.com/app/ask
