Anyone know ticket respond time??

Any 1 know?? About what the average wait time on a ticket?? The patch deleted my toon.... Didn't delete app or anything, just logged off a lvl 27 warrior. Logged back on after the morning maham. Started with a lvl 1 toon with no name.... Any advice?? Anyone??
