Bosses not registering hits

Anyone else having this issue?
I noticed something was different last night while playing on my mage when she was constantly running out of energy in places it wasn't an issue before as well as bosses doing phases they shouldn't have been doing. I chalked it up to changes but now it appears to be that bosses simply do not register being hit sometimes

Watching a friend of mine play warrior I can also say he is having the same issues. Combo counter goes up but boss never takes damage while it is attacking

    i notices that too when i was farming Nian (normal) on war. at certain point he seem to be invincible then a charge dash took out like 40% of his health. now that is not normal cuz i dont have OP weapon on warrior. the animation phases just seem out of order. when he sometime Rage at 60% instead 40% or stunned at 70% instead of 50%.

    It had always been like this. I think it is to discourage you from attacking the enemy while they're doing their attacks.

    Same here been noticing a lot since updates..
