Im in the same boat. I CAN kill Legendary Cyclops, but it takes me 6 mins and I can only be hit 3-4 times cuz my gear is garbo (GS ~1800).
I would farm hellboy, but the truth is, I dont really know the fight and just wanted to move on. Ive been farming Peiko's Lab, but out of ~20-30 runs, Ive found one blue (yeah, yeah, RNG).
The advice you will probably get is run Hellboy until you get all purp/gold. Considering Im able to kill Cy with mostly Nian drops, Hellboy is a good place to start. It seems that Peiko's and the legendary P1 maps are only good for demon mats.
I spent 5 minutes fighting legendary cyclops until I got a gold weapon (second worst one). I farmed for the reagents in devils forest for champion eye ~ sigil and farmed dragon's neck for hearts. After that I was able to go back to legendary cyclops and farm for a few better gears and move to legendary nian within a day (legendary nian is a peace of cake if you have 15/15). Then all you need to do is farm full transcended gear and beat the game.
Leg Hellboy would probably take 5 mins to kill until to get the lvl 36 gold weapons. However, spending 5 mins farming hellboy is much better than spending 30 seconds and hoping for a lvl 36 gold weapon from leg nian, which is extremely rare.

This may be true now, but it wasn't for me. Of course, I was farming Legendary Nian before the recent "server maintenance" when they totally screwed us on item drop rate. While farming Legendary Nian, I got a level 36 gold weapon 5 times in 2 days. I got Chad on the last one; that's the best one. I wasn't able to beat Legendary Hellboy until I had the Chad sword leveled up to about 12 or 13 on the last fusion level.

I am greedy and only want armor of resolve, jewelry of vulture, and weaps of the Butcher. Is this thinking wrong?
